Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Kapri Company, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases and rentals. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which refunds, returns, and cancellations are processed.
1. Order Cancellation
- Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been processed or shipped.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- For rental orders, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
2. Returns (For Purchases)
- Products purchased from Kapri Company may be returned within 7 days of delivery, if they are:
- Unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Accompanied by the original invoice/receipt.
- Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
- Customized or personalized products are non-returnable.
3. Refunds (For Purchases)
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered.
4. Rental Products
- Rental products are non-refundable once they have been delivered and/or used.
- If a rented gown is damaged, stained, or lost, the customer will be charged the full replacement cost.
- Late returns may result in additional charges as per our Terms & Conditions.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards, vouchers, and discounted items are non-refundable.
- Delivery and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where Kapri Company is at fault.
